About these terms
These terms govern your use of the GrapCode website. Individual client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties — where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Use of this site
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent our content or brand assets without permission. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.

Proposals and estimates
Any figures, timelines, or scopes discussed on a call or shown on this site are indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement. We prepare written proposals for every engagement so both sides know exactly what is being built, for how much, and by when.

Intellectual property
Unless a client agreement says otherwise, clients own the deliverables we build for them upon full payment, and we retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed. The GrapCode name, logo, and site content remain our property.

Liability
This website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability within client engagements is defined in the applicable agreement.
