( How we charge )
No surpriseinvoices.
Three ways to work with us — every one of them starts with a written proposal you can hold us to.
( 01 )
Fixed scope
One project, one price, one deadline.
Best for a defined product: an MVP, a website, a mobile app with a clear feature list.
- Written proposal with scope, price, and timeline before we start
- Milestone-based payments tied to delivered work
- Change requests handled transparently, never silently billed
- You own everything on final payment
( 02 )
Monthly retainer
Ongoing engineering, month by month.
Best for a live product that needs continuous improvement, maintenance, and new features.
- A fixed monthly budget with an agreed hours band
- Priorities set together at the start of each month
- Unused capacity reported honestly — no padding
- Cancel with one month's notice
( 03 )
Dedicated team
Our engineers, embedded in your team.
Best for companies that need serious capacity: full-time engineers working in your process, your standup, your repo.
- Hand-picked engineers matched to your stack
- Your tools, your workflow, your timezone overlap
- Weekly reporting and a single point of contact
- Scale the team up or down as the roadmap changes
( Straight answers )
The money questions.
So… how much does a project cost?
Honestly: it depends on scope, and anyone who quotes you before understanding the scope is guessing. On a free call we'll ask what you're building, give you a realistic range on the spot, and follow up with a written proposal — usually within 48 hours.
Do you work with startups?
Yes — a large share of our work is MVPs for early-stage founders. We're honest about what to cut for a v1, because shipping something real beats speccing something perfect.
What does a written proposal include?
Scope broken into milestones, a fixed price or monthly rate, a delivery timeline, what's explicitly out of scope, and how changes are handled. Both sides sign before any work starts.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Third-party costs (hosting, paid APIs, app-store fees) are billed at cost and listed in the proposal. Our fee is the number on the document.
