## Overview

A school ERP that runs a school's academic year, its people and its money: sessions, classes, students, guardians, staff, attendance, exams, fees, HR and payroll, plus the school's public website.

## The problem

A school's records are spread across registers, spreadsheets and separate tools: admissions in one place, attendance in another, fees in a ledger and results in a document. Parents and teachers have to ask the office for information the school already holds.

## Our solution

One system with four portals. Office staff work in the admin shell, which shows each person only what their role allows. Teachers, parents and students each get their own portal. Fees, payroll and purchases post to a double-entry ledger, so the school's accounts come from the same records.
